LEARN TO SKATE
The Prince Albert Speed Skating Club provides skating lessons for anyone who is just starting out. We teach skills for beginner skaters that can be applied to speed skating, figure skating or hockey. All sessions are at the Art Hauser Centre.
The Learn to Skate season typically runs Monday evenings from 5:30-6:00 pm from November - March. Skaters must be four years of age and up. The cost is $280 per skater - this will include 15 (1/2 hour) sessions, once a week, including a Christmas family skate and a mini meet. There are only 20 spots for skaters. No early registrations will be accepted but we will accept late registrations if all spots are not filled!

- A helmet (hockey, skateboarding, bicycle or speed skating)
- Knee pads (volleyball or hockey shin pads)
- Leather gloves or mitts
- Cut-proof neck guard
- Skates (hockey, figure skates or contact us for speed skate rentals)
