Our first Speed Skating practice is Monday September 30th 5:30-7:00. Skaters will not be on the ice for the full 1.5 hours. Once registrations are completed, skaters will be divided into two groups based on safety and abilities and then groupings will be sent out by Coach Lambert. Most practice sessions are Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:00 but there are some that vary with times or dates so please take a close look at the schedule each week.

Speed Skaters will use the TeamLinkt app to communicate. Changes to the practice schedule may be made throughout the season. Changes are usually emailed out to participants and/or posted in TeamLinkt - please turn on your notifications for updates.
